go dtí an cruinniú - to the meeting

'go dtí' is an old subjuntcive form of 'go dtige/go dtaga' and the noun 'cruinniú' is the subject of the verb. There is no preposition so no aspiration or eclipsing.

an cruinniú atá le bheith ag na buachaillí - lit. the meeting that is to be at the boys
so the meeting that the boys are to have.

le bheith - 'le' can be used with a verbal noun to express the idea that something is intended of planned.
Examples:
tá sé le theacht ar a hocht - he is to be here at eight
tá an obair le toiseacht i gceann seachtaine - the work is to be started in a week
tá an t-amhrán sin le ceol aige níos moille - he is going to sing that song later on
